PT Anugrah Atma Adiguna (hereinafter referred to as “ we ”, “ We ”, “ us ”, “ Insurance.id ”) is an insurance broker company licensed and supervised by the OJK in accordance with KEP-018/KMK.17/1992 and a member of APPARINDO 60-2001 /APPARINDO/ 2024 , as well as the owner of the brand “Insurance.id“, which provides services to users (hereinafter referred to as “ you ”, “ your ”, “ your ”, “ User ”, “ user ”), where we offer an independent online service to compare insurance services provided by our insurance partners (“ Services ”).

By visiting Insurance.id and our other social media channels (“ Website ”), we assume that you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy and you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older or at least the age of majority where you just be considered an adult. You also warrant that you are an authorized person to use our Services.

This comparison is provided free of charge. Please remember that we are an insurance brokerage company, not an insurance provider. Therefore, we do not cover your claim but to assist your claim with the insurance provider.

You agree that by providing your contact information in the form of a telephone number, you agree to be contacted by Insurance.id via telephone, SMS, email or chat application .

Our Services do not provide any advice or recommendations regarding personal matters, financial matters, investments or other advice, so you should make your own decisions before following any information on the Website or any other link on our Website.

We reserve the right to change any information on the Website or suspend operation of the Website for repairs and maintenance at any time, without prior notice to you. Please check the latest date at any time.

  5. By using our services, you understand that our Services are not free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or any code that may have contaminating or destructive properties. You are expected and responsible for implementing adequate procedures and precautions (i) when providing information/data in applying for insurance coverage and/or using our services, and (ii) maintaining your system to reconstruct lost data on the digital devices you use . Any transmission of information by you to us is at your own risk. Regardless of the effectiveness of any technology, you understand that no security system is impenetrable or secure from bugs, viruses, unauthorized or unlawful access.
Use of the Website and Purchase of Services

Our Website and Services are provided for use and purchase by Indonesian citizens and those permitted to legally reside in Indonesia. Our Website and Services may not be accessed or purchased legally in some countries. Therefore, by visiting our Website and purchasing our Services, any person with citizenship other than Indonesia will be responsible for the legality of his or her citizenship or any other country to which that person is subject. For all transactions, prices and payments are only in Indonesian Rupiah.

You represent and warrant that you:

Terms and Conditions of Service

By providing information or documents to us, you are deemed to agree to our Privacy Policy. You also warrant that the information and documents are accurate, complete, current and secure. If there are any changes, you have an obligation to immediately notify us of the changes. If we become aware that information about you or other information (including your beneficiary, insured vehicle, insured family member or other insured) conflicts with the information provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel your policy and claim damages (if any), or use our new terms and conditions and new prices at our sole discretion. Despite the fact that such discovery occurs after we have received your offer and/or your payment.

You agree and understand that the Insurance Provider has the right to refuse and cancel your insurance application and/or terminate the policy if:

  1. you do not meet applicable due diligence requirements;
  2. You are found to have provided questionable or incorrect information; And
  3. You have a source of transaction funds that is known or suspected to originate from criminal activity.

We will not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising from your failure to comply with your obligations in the previous paragraph. This includes but is not limited to, you not receiving information or documents as a result of your failure to notify changes to your contact channels or document delivery channels, except for cases where this is due to our sole error.

Payment

Before providing you with instructions for payment, you confirm that you have received, read and accepted the detailed information required to issue your policy. You must make payment of any fees by the due date and in accordance with the terms specified on the payment information page on our Website. We reserve the right to cancel your policy immediately without prior notice if you fail to do so. Refunds must be in accordance with the terms and conditions of your policy and follow the provisions of the bank or financial service provider of the payment method used.

Installment Payments

Our Website provides you with affordable premiums that you can pay every month. This method is only available for payment by credit card, bank transfer or virtual account. By selecting this plan, you agree and accept that if you fail to pay any installment, you are in breach of our payment terms and conditions. As a result, our Website will assume that you have instructed us to cancel your policy. We will ask the Insurance Provider to proceed with canceling your policy. We will try to notify you via email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone. Without payment from you, your policy will expire 30 days after your missed payment.

If you use a credit card, you understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to meet and adapt to network or equipment technical requirements. Credit Card information is always encrypted during transfer over the network.

Security and Confidentiality of Activities

Insurance.id really cares about customer safety and comfort when carrying out activities on the Website. Therefore, we have a security system to provide assurance to users that your activities and information are safe.

When you use a public computer, make sure you have logged out/signed out after completing an activity. Make sure that your user ID and account password/PIN are not known to anyone, to avoid misuse by other parties.

Your Responsibilities

When we ask you to fill in personal data, whether in the form of personal data, you are fully responsible for any information you provide to us. You are expected to provide correct information.

You are solely responsible for your conduct when using the Website. You are expected:

Recording

Insurance.id shall not be liable to you under these Terms and Conditions if it is prevented or delayed in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or from carrying out its business, by any act, event, omission or accident beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving Insurance.id workforce or other parties), failure of utility services or transportation or telecommunications networks, acts of God, war, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with laws or governmental orders, regulations , regulations or directives, accidents, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or supplier or sub-contractor default, provided you are informed of such events and their expected duration.

Indemnification and Exclusions

You agree to indemnify us or third parties for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly arising from your violation of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, other terms and conditions and requirements on other web pages of our Website.

  6. These Terms & Conditions are made in Indonesian and English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the two language versions, you agree that the Indonesian language version will prevail, and the English version will be deemed modified and interpreted to conform to and be consistent with the relevant Indonesian version of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law and Applicability

Our Website Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is a dispute, it will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court.

If any of the Terms and Conditions is illegal, void, or unenforceable, for any reason, it will be deemed that the aforementioned Terms and Conditions never existed. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions.
